2015 Club Precedent Golf Cart Camo, Lifted, Custom ! in Melbourne, Florida For Sale

xxxx Club Precedent bought brand new about 4 months ago with speed code 4 installed.
I have the original paper work from the dealer. Cart was manufactured Nov xxxx , so you can see it's less then 6 months old. Has automatic E.R.I.C. Charger, and on board watering system for the batteries. The 2nd picture of the stock white CP with the plastic on the seats is a picture of what it looked like before the build , when they just delivered it
I paid $7,200.00 for the cart brand new with Speed code 4 installed, and have over another $5K in custom accessories on the cart. Here's a list of what it has:

Theirs over $4k in labor alone to install everything if done at the shop. I was able to do everything myself, it took about 40 hours to build the cart. Their's no expense spared. Every wire is protected, and tied off, not hanging or dangling , no exposed wires, the time was take to build this cart right.
We had a xxxx Club Precedent, that we bought used, and built the same one and sold it for $11,500.00 within 24 hours of listing it.
We then went and bought this one brand new, and did the build all over again.
We have decided to sell it, as we just finished the built last month, and use the money for something else that we have invested into this.
LED's dance to the music underneath, as well as change to any color, they can stay on steady, dance, strobe etc
Theirs front LEd's for driving lights, and a LED light bar in the middle for off roading at night
Their is also rear LED lights, for the rear of the cart
This is a total custom build, it turns heads everywhere. If your looking for the top of the line cart, mac daddy cart this is it ! Don't just be like everyone else driving around with a stock Club Precedent with a painted body, and cheap seat covers. I wouldn't own a Club Precedent unless it had a Phantom body!
Their will be a bill of sale and we would only accept cash of bank certified check, and I must be able to cash the check at the time of sale.
