I was removed from an abusive, alcoholic home and came into rescue not trusting the hand that fed me. Through medication and loving foster parents, I have been able to trust again. I have had a few setbacks in the past, therefore, I will need a forever home without small children. My foster mom has a wealth of information to help ensure a successful transition into a new, loving family. PHIL needs to be on prozac, and is otherwise very healthy.
